Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats: 1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal 1 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds 1 c. almond milk 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder 1 tbsp. peanut butter 
Directions: Combine all ingredients except for peanut butter and let set in the refrigerator overnight in airtight container. After refrigerating overnight, remove oats from fridge and stir in spoonful of peanut butter before eating.

Pumpkin French toast. I am soooo making this. Update: Made this, finally. It has more of a mild pumpkin flavor than I expected but it's very good. I used twice the cinnamon the recipe called for, plus I used cinnamon chip bread from Great Harvest - it was awesome. I will definitely be making this again.
