    Parmesan Popovers 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Parmesan cheese, divided 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1 tablespoon butter, melted 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Reserve 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, beat with a wooden spoon until smooth. Pour batter into muffin cups and sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and puffy.
