so true. its way better to be strong and aware of your health than skinny because it looks "good". be healthy!

So, when talking to my friend about a healthy lifestyle, we summarized with saying that everyone is different, our bodies have different needs, but we realize that how we get to our ideal size or weight is all just the byproduct of our pursuit of building up to get there. Meaning, we have an image in our mind & feeling in our souls that we'd like to achieve, but we need to create the habits necessary and maintain a high discipline to get there. We need to achieve a balance of what works for us as individuals and not be swayed by others comments or observations. Mainly, when we are determined to live a healthy lifestyle, it's not for others, or an event...etc, instead we need to want to do it for OURSELVES AS INDIVIDUALS, the "ME" we want to be! Ultimately, whatever roles we play in this world, we wouldn't & couldn't play them efficiently unless we strive to give ourselves the 'self-care' that we need, right? So, we discussed working out & the importance of doing it, since we lose muscle mass as we age (this was new news that I recently learned. Shocking to say the least!). Then we talked about fit & toned people we admire I said 'Halle Berry' she said 'Jennifer Aniston' & we both enjoyed how vibrant, healthy, shapely, feminine, and HOT they looked, but most importantly how STRONG Needless to say, it was a lovely conversation & we had upbuilt one another. In conclusion, my message to u... Remember, it's not only the weight or being "skinny" as the goal, but rather, it's the journey in which u get there, your health, & strength of all levels mentally, spirituality, emotionally & physically... THEY ALL MATTER & SHOULD WORK IN HARMONY TO TRULY BE HEALTHY & FIT, BOTH INSIDE & OUT!! CIAO 4 now!! Cheers to our health!! (*˘︶˘*) So remember the MoJo-JoJo motto "Screw it, JUST DO IT!!"
