Cinnamon Roll Pancakes - make double the batter. The recipe will make enough for four small pancakes but have enough filling and frosting for a dozen. Next, chill the filling in the fridge so it thickens up. Tasted really good though! I'll make them again! ~Jv
Healthy cookies - 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup dark chocolate, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. preheat oven to 350 degrees. bake for 15-20 minutes. NO SUGAR!

These are so easy and OH MY YUMMY GOOD...just white bread, crusts removed & flattened, spread w sweetened cream cheese, rolled jelly roll style, then dipped in cinnamon sugar & baked until crispy crunchy & cream cheese is hot & oozing. Delicious finger food for a brunch or shower."j
