2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
1 (18-ounce) jar Orange marmalade
1/2 cup Soy sauce, light

1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp Brown sugar
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp Cloves, ground
1 tbsp Kosher salt
