Slow Cooker No Fail BBQ Pulled Beef - the secret is cooking it in foil to keep juices in. YEA! It was unbelievably tender cooking it this way. It doesn't say what to do with all the juices in the foil so I dumped them back into the crockpot, which diluted the BBQ sauce (I just used original KC Masterpiece). Next time I won't do that. A great way to even just cook a roast!
YUMMY IN MY TUMMY!!! Bag of frozen chicken in the crock pot. Put the cream cheese, corn, salsa and black beans on top and let it go for 6-8 hours on low. shred when done. serve with chips or as tacos. (This is super awesome, I make it a lot)
WOW!...Pork chops on bottom, baked potatoes in middle and corn on the cob on top. That's what I call crock pot cooking! If it had a slow cooker liner in it, you wouldn't have any dishes to wash! Perfect for these 100 degree days!
Crockpot Lemon Chicken - Put 1 Stick of butter in bottom of crock pot. Lay chicken in pot. Sprinkle Italian dressing packet over chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, pop the lid on. Cook on High 4-5 hours, or Low 6-8 hours.
