    James Coburn Star of The Magnificent Seven and Our Man Flint, James Coburn’s career took a hit after his rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis. But he bounced back, winning Best Supporting Actor at the 71st Annual Academy Awards for his role in Affliction. Coburn credited the turnaround in his health to an alternative approach to treating RA, including fasting and taking methylsulfonylmethane (MSM). He died in 2002.
