Tips on Proper Running Form

I REALLY REALLY need modivation tonight to continue through this. I've been slacking for the passed week. I've had fried chicken for three nights in a row for dinner. I NEED TO STOP before I ruin all my hard work!

Half Crazy: Sure, we runners are a bit crazy, but according to this tank ($27), running 13.1 miles is only half as crazy . . . right?

Tight schedule -- daily workout plan Sunday through Monday!

I can honestly say that as hard as the second half was physically, it was even harder mentally!!!!

The Rookie Marathon Training Plan - this one looks pretty good but I'd recommend trying to go up to 22-23 miles before the big day - 20miles is typically "the wall" and if you can prove to yourself you can get past that BEFORE the race then all you have left is a 5k. That's my theory anyway.

13.1 It Takes a Special Kind of Idiot... I think I should start training for a half marathon :)
