Everything you need are sliced potato, garlic, olive oil and herbs and spices (optionally). Only three ingredients for a perfect side dish. Zesty italian potatoes! yummy! red potatoes cubed with skin left on, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, coat with a package of zesty italian dressing mix and stir to coat, add minced onion for flavor, salt and pepper to taste. cook 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender. top with grates parmesan cheese.
Cooking is something I had to teach myself once I moved out. Growing up I only ate home cooked meals when my grandma made them, otherwise we ate out, mostly due to our busy schedule. So I didn't have a concept of cooking. I have taught myself a lot of cool things to cook, like this lemon Parmesan broccoli, it is delicious. I highly recommend it!
Paula Deen's Green Bean Casserole -- I made this for Thanksgiving and it was out-of-this-world delicious!!! The extra fresh onions cooked in butter and the cheese improved this traditional dish so much! I will be making it again for Christmas, and will ONLY make THIS green bean casserole recipe from now on!
