SIMPLE FUDGE: 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips; 1 cup milk chocolate chips; 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk; 1/4 tsp vanilla sea salt (fleur de sel); 1 cup chopped nuts (optional; see cook's notes); 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
