Baked Crab Rangoon: 12 Won Ton wrappers in mini muffin tins filled with mixture of 1 can (6 oz.) white crabmeat, drained and chopped  4 oz. softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise, finely slice chives, fresh ground pepper to taste. Garnish with a sprinkle of chives. Bake 15-20 min. at 350 degrees until lightly golden and warm. YUM!

Roasted Parmesan Potatoes  these were Delicious!   Creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside.  I was making garlic bread, so instead of using the broiler, I brushed garlic butter (melted) on both the pan and the potato halves, then sprinkled both with parmesan.   Placed the potatoes,  cut side down on the baking pan and placed in the 425 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

Seasoned Roasted Potatoes

Roasted Potatoe--Cook a pierced potato in the microwave for minutes until soft throughout. Cut in half, then into squares (just down to skin). Season with butter, parmesan. Place in oven on aluminum foil-lined pan and broil for 10 - 15 minutes.
