Outback Steakhouse Wedge Salad. I must have overcooked the honey and vinegar because it came out like goo and hardened to a sucker! Not good for a salad, so we didn't eat that part. And a wedge, well it's fancy but not really practical for the home salad. So, we'll stick to chopping the greens and adding varied ingredients depending on the mood. 9/20/12

Outback Blooming Onion Sauce 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 teaspoon ketchup 2 tablespoon horseradish (little less) 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano dash ground pepper dash cayenne pepper Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
