Bahama Mama 5 oz. Light Rum .5 oz. Dark Rum .5 oz. Malibu or Coconut Rum .5 oz Spiced Rum .5 oz. Bacardi 151 Rum .5 oz. Kahlua 2 oz. Orange Juice 2 oz. Pineapple Juice Splash Sweet and Sour mix Splash Grenadine Cherry or Pineapple wedge for garnish Preparation: Combine all of the liquid ingredients into an ice filled Collins glass. Take a long spoon and gently stir. Add a straw, and garnish accordingly.
"A Day at the Beach" recipe: 1 oz coconut rum, 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur, 4 oz orange juice, 1/2 oz grenadine syrup. Shake rum, amaretto, and orange juice in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Add grenadine and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a strawberry. I love this Coctail!!
~My PeachBerry Sangria~ 1 bottle (750 ml) Riesling * 3/4 Cup Peach Vodka or Peach Schnapps * 1/4 Cup Sugar * 6 Tbsp Frozen Lemonade Concentrate * (Fresh or Frozen) Peaches, Strawberries and Raspberries * Chill for at least 2 hours * Add Sprite or Diet Sprite to dilute/add sparkle. Delicious both ways. Serve over crushed ice.
