    This is the best blueberry muffin recipe I've tried! Simmering the blueberries with sugar....so worth it. YUM!!!! And so pretty too! Note: streusel topping actually needs less butter and/or more flour to be crumbly....at least that's been my experience every time I've made them!

Blueberry Streusel Muffins Looks great. I will use parts of this recipe and the low fat banana recipe for the base and then add blueberries and strussel topping.
