Sous Vide Chicken Breast Recipe in Creamy Spinach Ricotta Sauce

Sous vide chicken with spinach/ricotta sauce. Was delish. 6 of spinach too little for double sauce for 6 of us. Didn't bother with the cream. Added some chicken juice from the sous vide bags to the sauce.
