KFC copycat cole slaw. I used napa cabbage and substituted greek yogurt for the butter milk. It was yummy, but next time I'll probably leave out the onions; they dominated the dish. 8 cup cabbage, finely chopped 1⁄4 cup carrot, shredded 1⁄3 cup sugar 1⁄2 tsp salt 1⁄8 tsp pepper 1⁄4 cup milk 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise 1⁄4 cup buttermilk 1 1⁄2 tbsp white vinegar 2 1⁄2 tbsp lemon juice Directions Cut cabbage and carrots into small pieces about the size of rice kernels or place in a food processor. In a salad bowl, combine sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Add cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.

Apple Coleslaw Mix the dressing and honey in large bowl. Add the coleslaw and apples and mix together. The mixture might seem dry but it will be plenty once the mixture has chilled in the fridge since the cabbage will release some liquid. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate at least one hour to let the flavors blend.
