strawberry coconut breakfast cookies-these are very tasty, and luckily, very healthy. The kids love them! And we even get to call them a cookie, so they feel like they're getting a treat! The only thing different I did was use ww flour instead of oat flour because I didn't feel like making oats into flour.

Still a great idea, but I've taken the bananas out, added applesauce, maple syrup, almond flour, and xylitol. Not this recipe, by a long shot, but a good inspiration!
