    Fried Ice Cream - knock off version but better than nothing!

    {No FRY Fried Ice Cream} [6 c. Honey coated cornflakes cereal (crushed), 2 Tbsp. White Sugar, 3 Tbsp. butter (melted), 2 tsp. cinnamon,] STEP 1: Mix all ingredients together. SETP 2: Shape ice cream into 3 in. balls and roll in mixture until fully coated. STEP 3: Place in muffin tins and freeze until ready to serve. STEP 4: Top with syrups, whipped creams, etc. SERVE!
