Tonya Schmitz  Shentel- The recipe is easy. Take Cauliflour break into pieces, put pieces in a bowl and give a short spray of cooking spray (I used Cranola Oil Spray); Sprinkle with Chili powder and toss in bowl until cauliflour is coated (use chili powder to your taste). I also add Seasoning Salt (Lawry's is good). Put in oven at 400 for about 15 minutes and enjoy! Hope you like it!!
