Overnight Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole: 1 bag 26 oz. frozen hash browns 12 eggs 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon ground mustard 1 16 oz. roll sausage Salt, pepper 16 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese -Spray crock pot, spread hash browns on bottom -Whisk 12 eggs, milk, ground mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl -Cook sausage, drain -Add sausage on top of hash browns, then cheese and mix well -Pour egg mixture over top then even everything out so it's spread evenly. -Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
