IDEA: Layer drawing with styrofoam print! This project started with styrofoam prints of an Egyptian symbol called a cartouche. We printed with a blend of three colors of printers ink. We cut out our profiles, and glued them over our styrofoam prints. We used small rolls of black paper so the profiles stand approx. one inch from the background and create an illusion of 3-D. Lastly, we finished off our projects with a black frame painted with metallic paints in simple patterns.
