4/18/12: Killer workout today: 41 min treadmill fat burning workout 500 calories burned + 18 pushups, 10 inch worm to planks, 60 squats with alternating elbow to knee crunch, 40 burpees, 20 kettlebell burpees, 60 mountain climbers. (another 251 calories burned) April Challenge Day 18 finished.
