Pierogi lasagna! I used the filling recipe (more or less) but wrapped it in lasagna noodles cut in half to make individual "pierogis". I baked them and then sauted them in butter. I used gluten free lasagna noodles and they were great! They freeze and reheat like a charm.
Creamed avocado and lime pasta salad. YUM1 Replace mayo with fat-free sour cream for a version with a better fat profile.
