Broccoli Cheese Soup in Crock Pot1 (32 ounce) bag frozen chopped broccoli 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash seasoning mix 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 onion, chopped Directions: 1 Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and stir together. 2 Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours. 3 *Note:Do not overcook or broccoli will become mushy.
Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Soup by Pinch of Yum - I would call this one more of a "cream of broccoli soup" rather than "broccoli cheese soup" since the cheese is kind of an after-thought. The soup was delicious and ridiculously easy to make. It has already been added to our family recipe binder.
