Healthy Almond Joy Meal Replacement Milkshake~gluten-free vegan~ 1 cup lite canned coconut milk, 1/2 – 1 cup unsweet almond milk, 2 Tbsp unsweet, shred/flaked coconut,1.5 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp unsweet cocoa powder, 2 medjool dates pitted, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, Shake can of coco milk, pour 1 cup into an ice cube tray and freeze. Once frozen, place ice cubes, 1/2 cup almond milk, and all other ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Add milk to thin out. Garnish and Enjoy!
