Olive Garden five-cheese ziti al forno~made this last came out great! I'll definitely use this recipe in the future. I threw in some ground beef so I'll up the sauce mixture next time, but the flavors were great and the crust was perfect. Having it for leftovers tonight :)

Three Cheese Baked Ziti, from Cinnamon Spice & Everything Nice - we have a tomato allergy in our family so it is always nice to find a pasta recipe that doesn't rely on tomato sauce - the eggplant, pepper, and cheese in this one is a great combo and you don't miss the tomato!
