    Curious George did this in an episode on PBS and realized it didn't work in the library! Looks neat but not necessarily practical.

    Maybe if each color was in alphabetical order by author?

    Maybe if you are this visual, you recall what the book looks like and know what color it is. I think and remember this way. Definitely not practical if not.
