"Don't Peek!" Chicken... 1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice (original recipe) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can water (an extra can optional for moister rice) Chicken breasts or tenders In a greased 9 x 13 pan, mix the box of rice, cans of soup and can of water. Arrange the raw chicken on top of the rice mixture, and cover and seal with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours and "Don't Peek!"
Easy yummy dinner all in one dish. The potatoes might do better quartered (instead of halved). And I made it using Ranch mix (we were out of Italian mix) and it was still tasty. Oh, and a 1/2 stick of butter (rather than a whole stick) is probably fine.
Sounds yummy and easy! 9X13 baking dish, 4 raw chicken breast in the middle, small red potatoes (cubed) on one side, and green beans (drained) on the other side. Sprinkle 1 packet of Zesty Italian seasoning over everything, & 1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix over everything. Drizzle 1/2 cup butter over entire dish, cover with tin foil bake in oven for 1 hour @ 350 degrees!
Easy baked chicken dinner. 1 pkg. chicken breasts, 1 pkg. Italian dressing, new potatoes, veggies, 1 stick of butter. Place chicken in 9x13, put veggies on one side, potatoes on other. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, pour 1 stick melted butter on top. Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Simple as that!
