Emeril's Seafood Paella

4 oz Spanish chorizo


1 lb Manila clams
1 lb Mussels
1 1 pound head On jumbo shrimp
5 cups Shrimp stock


2 tbsp Garlic
1 cup Green bell peppers, small
1/2 cup Green peas, fresh or frozen
1 cup Onion, small
3 tbsp Parsley, fresh
1 cup Red bell peppers, small

Pasta & Grains

2 cups Rice, short-grain

Baking & Spices

2 tsp Saffron threads
2 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Spanish olive oil


2 1/2 teaspoons sweet pimenton (sweet Spanish smoked paprika)
