Easy, delicious, melt in your mouth, Biscoff Truffles! I made these but altered the recipe. Used cookie butter, powdered sugar (til desired) and scalded whipping cream. Made it fudgey, froze the balls and then dipped them (otherwise they may melt in your chocolate!). The result was AMAZING!
