Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast.Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast, 1/2 c parmesan cheese,1 c Greek plain yogurt in place of mayo, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, spread mix over chicken breasts, bake at 375 45 mins. Didn't brown as fast as mayo would have so i baked longer. Next time I'd bake it the recommended time and then broil on high until browned.
