Coconut mango overnight oatmeal! Ingredients1/2 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk 1/2 c. mango, diced 1 tbsp. shredded coconut 1 1/2 tbsp. agave nectarInstructionsStir together all ingredients in a resealable jar or bowl. Baked Banana Oatmeal - This is fantastic. I used the parchment paper option and cut down the parchment paper so that it wouldn't burn when the oatmeal is broiled at the end. I also drizzled a little honey on the top just before it was served.
