A VERY WISE WOMAN once told me that if you're working extra hours as a teacher, it doesn't necessarily mean that you're a better teacher - it might mean that you don't manage your time well. i can always use new tips to WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER, because i work many, many extra hours every week! need to work on time management.
