Baken Penne with Roasted Veggies. I made this for dinner last night and added an 8oz package of pre-cooked chicken breast to it. I also used 2% Mozzerella instead of the cheese that it called for and I used whole wheat penne. I figured the Weight Watcher Points+ and the entire recipe has 78 points...it makes a huge amount, so you can figure your points+ value based on serving size.
When the day gets away from me and I’m hungry but (uncharacteristically) haven’t given dinner a thought, I turn to garlic soup. I know that a delicious dinner can be on the table in 30 minutes. (Photo: Andrew Scrivani for The New York Times)
