      Jello legs workout: Squat with reversed Lunge (weighted) - 15/leg; Mountain Climbers - 30 reps; Front Lunge with a knee up (weighted) - 15/leg; One-legged scorpion Push Up (alternating les) - 10 reps; Pendulum Plank (alternate) - 20 reps; DumbBell double Crunch - 30 reps; Box Jump (plyo jump) - 10 reps. Repeat the circuit 3 times.
