No-Pain Lo Mein

20 mins to make • Serves 4

Produce

2 cups Fresh bean sprouts
4 cloves Garlic
2 inches Ginger, fresh root
1/2 lb Mushrooms, assorted
1 Red bell pepper
4 Scallions
1 cup Snow peas

Condiments

1/2 cup Tamari soy sauce, aged

Pasta & Grains

1 lb Lo mein noodles or thin spaghetti

Oils & Vinegars

3 drops 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil, toasted

Other

2 tablespoons (2 turns around the pan in a slow drizzle) vegetable or wok oil

Will make again and probably add either chicken or shrimp!
