Cindy Lou Who for @Ashley Guidry! Outfit was put together by buying a black and white checkered dress at Goodwill. Then I also found a red hooded cape and attached white fur to the edges of the hood. We did her hair by placing a cup under her hair and wrapping the hair around it! The braids each have a wire braided into them! We accented with a costume jewelry necklace and she wore long black boots! Success!
Cindy Lou Who---the hair! Small plastic cup is on the top of her head. Then I made 4 separate braids and braided thin wire into the braids so that they would stand up be "moldable". I sprayed gold glitter on her hair and attached a red Christmas bow in the front! She got SO many positive comments on her costume that night, but especially on her hair!
Tinkerbell costume! This link should go to an etsy store. But, the dress is "no longer available". However, this is very DIY with the same technique as making your own tutu...just make the "tutu" part really long and "wrap it" with white ribbon and finish with he same white ribbon for a "belt" :)
