The brain also benefits greatly from the increased blood circulation brought about and sustained by regular physical activity. Exercise improves overall physical and mental fitness, and emotional health as well.

I spent all of 2012 (minus the time recovering from surgery) trying to lose weight, well there's about 1 week left of the year, screw it, I'm indulging, but starting January 1st the lifestyle change is happening!

There is no magic pill there is no easy way to get there no shortcuts just determination , dedication hard work, raw workouts mean training and pure sweat ....keep calm
