Individual Whole Peach Pie. Cut in half. Take out the pit. Fill with honey. Put back together and wrap pie crust around it. Put in muffin pan. Egg wash top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 400 for 15 min. Perfect for Fall!
Oh my heavens. I've literally been looking for this recipe for about 20 years. My mom made them once when I was a kid and I never forgot about them. I asked her later for the recipe, and she had no clue what I was talking about. Can't WAIT to try these!!!
