Easy shepards pie .... Easy ingredients....1 lb ground beef, 2 c hot instant mash potatoes, 4 oz cream cheese, 1 c cheddar cheese, 4 c frozen mixed veggies, 1 c brown gravy, 2 garlic cloves. Meat, gravy & veggies mix together spread on bottom of pan then Mix potatoes, cream cheese, & garlic and spread on top then top with cheddar cheese, 350 for 45-1 hour
It’s Mardi Gras time, and so it’s time for crawfish. Crawfish Cornbread is a recipe I have seen in many Louisiana community cookbooks. No idea if this is a traditional Cajun recipe, or started it’s life on the back of corn bread mix box. This version is packed with crawfish. Use frozen crawfish tail meat. My family LOVES this recipe! We've made it probably 6 times since I found it. My boys always ask for more. It's a keeper!! RANCH CHICKEN Combine: 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes. 3/4 cup parmesan cheese. 1 packet of hidden valley ranch dressing mix. Dip 8 chicken halves in melted butter and then roll in cornflake mix. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350 for 45 min. Best. Chicken. Ever!
