gluten-free (of course) meyer lemon poppyseed bread. Added xantham gum, extra poppy seeds, used flax eggs and zested three lemons instead of measuring a tablespoon (ain't nobody got time for that). Accidentally omitted the butter the first time I made it and it has a better, more-gluten-bread-like texture without it. Rose like gluten bread and tastes fantastic.
