French Breakfast Puffs~1-1/2 c.flour; ½ c. sugar; 1-1/2 tsp b.p.; 1/4 tsp nutmeg; 1/8 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp vanilla; 1 egg; ½ c. milk; 1/3 C. melted butter; ¼ c. sugar; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; ½ c melted, unsalted butter. Mix flour, ½ C, b.p., nutmeg & salt in bowl. In another bowl mix vanilla, egg, milk & melted butter. Add egg mixture to flour mixture & mix just until blended.Grease muffin cups & fill 2/3 full.
