Easy Banana Nut Bread..I'm doing some substitution on this one: using whole wheat flour, coconut oil, brown sugar, and adding a dash of cinnamon and a few chocolate chips for the picky kids in the bunch lol..we'll see how it turns out....2 hours later, yep pretty good : )
