    Caribbean Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

    Vegan • Gluten free • Serves 4


    2 cups Black beans
    1/2 cup Cilantro
    1/2 cup Cranberries, dried
    1 bunch Green onions
    2 cups Mandarin orange segments
    2 tbsp Onion
    2 cups Pineapple
    8 cups Salad greens


    1/4 cup Honey or agave nectar
    1/8 cup Lime juice

    Baking & Spices

    1 Pinch Salt
    4 tsp Sesame seeds

    Oils & Vinegars

    1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
    1/2 cup Canola oil

    Nuts & Seeds

    4 tsp Chia seeds
