Whole Wheat Roasted Veggie Lasagna...................ok, it doesn't take as long as it first sounded like. Thought it would be hours as the recipe narrative started out. Uh not so much. But it does sound nummy.
Oven Roasted Vegetables: Yum! I didn't use all the veggies but most. Made sure to cut the veggies smaller that take longer to cook and the other veggies bigger so they would cook more evenly. Cooked, then added steak seasoning, butter, and Parmesan cheese.
