Leg workouts - I can't do some of these (like jumping jacks) and I would settle for balanced and functional rather than striving for "sexy," but sounds like a great workout!

Ha...at first I thought her back foot was in the air! Like, dang, she is STRONG and has some crazy balance skills!

Love Your Legs Workout -Do the routine three times a week on nonconsecutive days, resting for around 30 seconds between sets. (All you'll need is a chair, a 5-pound dumbbell, and a towel.)
