Mexican vegan burger- I was amazed that the water actually was a good binding agent. It held together in the pan pretty good as long as you didn't try flipping it too soon. Let it get a good crispiness to it first. The flavor was pretty good, but I could have used a little more spice maybe. The guacamole definitely gave it a little moisture that it needed.
