I have to remember this ever time we are at the gym...those girls look good, healthy, strong, beautiful, but I don't want to have their body...I want mine!!! love this!

Take a look at the caloric value of everything you ate today, add them up. How many calories did you consume? How much does your body actually need? Some people I've asked to do that have come to find out they consumed close to 5,000 calories and had no idea they were consuming that much because they "didn't eat that much." That's twice my caloric needs. May not look like much, could appear small, but it could be jam packed with calories!  Decide. Commit. Succeed.

This is so true. You can't lose weight and keep it off if you don't improve your diet. Can't out-exercise a Bad Diet!
