Pie Fries **** Cut pie crust (or pie crust scraps) into strips with a fluted pastry wheel. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and suger. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Eat "as is" or dip into jam, pie filling or frosting. My Mom used o make these a lot--sometimes she would add cheese --so yummy
4 ingredient pumpkin fro-yo. 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup pumpkin puree, 1 T granulated sugar, and 1 t pumpkin pie spice.
Pumpkin Frozen Yogurt - to avoid adding refined sugars and high fructose corn syrup, I replaced the brown sugar and maple syrup with equal parts agave and honey...plain yogurt instead of vanilla...plus double vanilla extract...perfectly sweet!
