Lazy Mocha Frappuccino (makes one tall glass) 1/2 cup milk (I use skim) 1 Tbs instant coffee 1 Tbs coffee creamer (liquid or powder - whatever flavor you like)  2 Tbs Hershey's chocolate syrup 10 ice cubes Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.  Pour into a tall glass and sip with a straw.  Mainly because I found it nearly impossible to drink these without a straw.  That and you may need to stir occasionally with your straw to reblend the drink together.

Skinny Caramel Frappuccino | Recipe: 6- 1 oz. fat free milk cubes (a standard ice cube tray will freeze 1 oz. cubes) 4.5 oz. of cold brewed coffee (or chilled coffee or espresso) 1 ½ oz. (3 tbsp) Coffeemate Sugar/Fat Free Vanilla Caramel Creamer Freeze fat free milk into 1 oz. cubes the night before. Brew your coffee or espresso, and chill in the fridge. Add your coffee, 6 milk cubes, and creamer to the blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
